Elite Soccer Academy doesn't believe in a traditional club tryout like other local clubs. It is a firm belief that a player needs to acclimate to a settling before truly feeling comfortable in an environment. That environment should also be a training session so the player has an understanding of what a team setting is like, how a coach coaches a team and players, and that the player has a feel if it is the right environment for them as well. A coach also wants to see how that player interacts with the team members and coaching staff. Both have to be a fit. Character is the number one (1) priority in creating a players soccer family.
