Disney Team Acceptance and Payments

By reading this page and filling out the below form for submission, you are officially accepting a spot on one of the the 2020 Disney Tournament Team that will travel to Orlando Florida over the Presidents Day weekend in February 2020.  You also agree to follow all team travel and hotel requirements laid out by Elite Soccer Academy (Elite Socker, LLC) and all package options made available my Disney Soccer and Disney Sports Travel Group.  You understand that a non-refundable acceptance deposit is to be made upon accepting your position.  This deposit will be removed from your overall invoiced amount once acceptance is made and uniforms are ordered.

  • Acceptances within 48 hours please.  The longer we wait for these, the age groups teams with players names on them cannot be sent out.

  • $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at time of acceptance.

  • Once acceptances have been received by all, a uniform order link will be sent to you by Angelo's Soccer.

  • ALL players must plan to be in Disney for the tournament and checked in at resort of choice through Disney Sport Travel by Thursday, February 13th. (you can extended your stay on either end of your trip at an additional fee per night) - Disney Sports Travel will help you with all accommodations and ticket upgrades.

  • Tournament will conclude on Monday, February 17th after playoffs (Games would conclude by 3:00pm so plan later flights if traveling home on Monday)

  • All players (and family) tournament packages will be set up by Disney Sports Travel (see 2020 Pricing page under Disney Tab)

  • All Team related items and cost will be handled directly by Elite Soccer Academy

  • players are required to meet for the team and group photos during the tournament either Saturday or Sunday morning or sometime during the day.

  • All players are representing themselves, their families, and Elite Soccer Academy and should behave in an appropriate manner on and off the field, in the resorts, in the parks, on planes, etc.

  • All forms and player documentation needs to be sent in before any deadline to ensure that each player is eligible to play

  • All travel to and from Florida is at your expense.  All food, drink and souvenirs are at your expense. NEW for 2020 - Disney Meal Plans (Disney Sports Travel will answer these questions)

  • All payments made to Elite Soccer for the trip MUST be made on time as money is due to various groups for various things.   Refunds on any payments will have to be reviewed on a case by case basis.  There are penalties that will incur due to team deposits for reservations.  Anyone deciding NOT to attend leaves team at a disadvantage and possible takes a spot from another player. 

  • Payment invoices will be sent out to each family (at request) once deposit has been received, uniform has been ordered, and family reservation is completed

  • All payments to be made by Credit or Debit Card or by paypal (Paypal to elitesocker@msn.com) by any outlined due dates

  • All Credit Card transactions are subject to a 1.75% fee and PayPal payments are to be made to 'Friend' so additional charges are not received on either end.
