Elite Soccer Academy would like to INVITE you to join us for our Boys College ID Clinic event we are holding at      The Proving Grounds in Conchohocken, PA.  The event will take place on two outdoor synthetic turf fields. 

 

Each player signing up will be listed on a recruiting roster for all college coaches attending event.  Information to be included to coaches at event will be; Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Club Team, Age, and Graduation Year.   It will also be required that each player fill out our recruiting profile sheet . Each players profile sheet will be attached in booklet form for coaches to take away from event. All player profile should be completed in the original format, be ONLY 1 page as is, color NOT changed, and emailed to elitesocker@msn.com  NO LATER THAN June 20th 2020. Any changes to the profile sheet after the June 1st deadline will NOT be accepted and may result in not making the booklet if not received by due date.
