Disney Teams - Trip Final Payments

By reading this page and filling out the below form for submission, you are making arrangements for you, your player, and any additional person in your groups FINAL payment for the 2019 Elite Soccer Academy Team Trip to Orlando Florida over the Presidents Day weekend in February.
The final payment amounts per family were determined by the reservations made with the hotel requirements laid out by Elite Soccer Academy (Elite Socker, LLC) and all package options with Anthony Travel. The below document shows all options available for your packages at resort locations and by the number of players (participants) and family members (spectators). The non-refundable deposit you made at acceptance has been subtracted from the total amount to give you the fianl amount figure.

All players are representing themselves, their families, and Elite Soccer Academy and should behave in an appropriate manner on and off the field, in the resorts, in the parks, on planes, etc.

There will be a group Photo that we ask ALL players to attend in Uniform at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

All payments made to Elite Soccer for the trip MUST be made on time as money is due to various groups for various things. Refunds on any payments will have to be reviewed on a case by case basis. There are penalties that will incur due to team deposits for reservations. Anyone deciding NOT to attend leaves team at a disadvantage and possible takes a spot from another player.

Payment invoices will be sent out to each family (at request) once deposit has been received, uniform has been ordered, and family 'Travel Form' is completed

All payments to be made by Credit or Debit Card or by paypal (Paypal to elitesocker@msn.com) by any outlined due dates

All Credit Card transactions are subject to a 1.75% fee
